We provide a number of services designed to assist in closing your transactions on-time, every time, including:

File Tracking System

Keep up-to-date with all of your Wreath Title closings by using our File Tracking System. All parties relevant to the transaction are invited to use this system, including the Buyer Agent, Listing Agent, Lender and the Wreath Title agents working on your file. This system automatically updates you when major milestones are completed and provides a platform for all parties to communicate in one place.

Online Order Forms

Our forms are designed to be specific to each type of transaction and take 5 minutes or less to complete. Give us the information we need upfront and let us do what we do best. Wreath Title collects these forms from the Buyer Agent, Listing Agent and Lender to ensure all information is accurate and accounted for. Even better, the forms each party submits is available to all parties through our File Tracking System.

Onsite Closings

Wreath Title will travel to your office or the customer's home to close the transaction.

No Time Restrictions

Wreath Title will conduct closings at the convenience of the Agent and Customer. We want to close your transaction just as much as you do and there are no time restrictions – whether it be 6 AM or midnight!

Managed Short Sales

Wreath Title will manage the short sale process for you. We do everything except negotiate pricing. Our professional and well trained staff will get your deal to closing, on-time every time!
